These Terms govern your use of the Loina Construction & Projects website and enquiries submitted to Loina Construction and Projects (Pty) Ltd. Purple Ray Group provides contracted website and digital services and is not represented as the operator of Loina's business.

1. Services

Loina Construction & Projects provides construction & civil works, plant & equipment hire, and construction materials supply in Hammanskraal and surrounding areas. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Bookings & Quotations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Quotes are provided upon request and may vary based on project scope, material availability, and delivery distance. Final terms are confirmed in writing before work begins.

3. Project Terms

Project-specific terms, including availability, timing and changes, are confirmed in writing with the quotation or service agreement.

4. Liability

Loina Construction & Projects is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or site access issues beyond our control. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes fall under South African courts.
